<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce unevenness in cooling along a width direction in an endless member compared to the arrangement in the prior art. <P>SOLUTION: An endless member driving unit (41) includes: the endless member (B) which is rotated by receiving a driving force and with a front and back flat surface; a cooling path (87) which extends in the width direction along a surface of the endless member (B); and a gas transporting unit (53) for transporting gas in the cooling path (87) along the width direction of the endless member (B). In addition, the cooling path (87) includes a downstream side inclined path (84) which is formed on the downstream side in the direction of the transported direction of the gas in the cooling path (87) and is inclined in the reverse direction to the moving direction regarding the moving direction of the surface of the endless member (B) which is orthogonal in the width direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
