<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock absorber which is convenient to carry electronic equipment such as a personal computer, and a bag with the shock absorber. <P>SOLUTION: In the shock absorber 1, the handle 33 of a storage bag 31 storing a personal computer 37 is suspended on a hook 27 attached to a spring 25. When a carrier bag 9 is carried, the spring 25 is expanded and contracted by shock applied to the carrier bag 9 during the carrying process of the carrier bag 9. The expansion and contraction of the spring 25 relieve (reduce) the shock applied to the storage bag 31 suspended on the hook 27.
