VENTILATION DEVICE AND AIR-CONDITIONING VENTILATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove heat generated from information processing equipment etc. in an information processing equipment room where racks mounted with the information processing equipment etc. are installed.

SOLUTION: This air-conditioning ventilation system for performing air conditioning of the information processing equipment room 1 where rows 9 of the racks 90 are installed is provided with: air conditioning systems for taking in air from warm air passages which are one of air passages formed on both sides of the rack rows 9 and supplying cold air to cold air passages which are the other of the air passages formed on both sides of the rack rows 9; and ventilation devices 10 having suction ports 11 provided on the lateral faces and facing the lateral faces of the racks 90 while juxtaposed to the racks 90, exhaust ports 12 provided on the back faces and facing the warm air passages while juxtaposed to the racks 90, and air exhaust fans 13 for sucking air within the racks 90 from the suction ports 11 and exhausting the air from the exhaust ports 12 to the warm air passages to make the pressure inside the racks 90 become lower compared to the cold air passages.
