<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a highly precise coordinate detector. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the coordinate detector having a resistance film and a common electrode applying a voltage to the resistance film detects a contact position coordinate of the resistance film by generating a potential distribution in the resistance film through potential supply from the common electrode to the resistance film, and detecting the potential of the contact position of the resistance film. The method includes: a process for coating a photoresist on the resistance film formed on a substrate formed of an insulating body; a process for radiating exposure light via a prescribed mask and subsequently performing development so as to form a resist pattern; a process for removing the resistance film in an area without the resist pattern so as to form a resistance film removal area; a process for removing the resist pattern; and a process for forming the common electrode on the resistance film removal area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
