PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vapor-liquid separator with a piping joint which can be installed by pivoting the piping joint member and a connection member, without pivoting a separator casing in various pipe-attachment directions. SOLUTION: A first passage 8, an inlet, and a second passage 10, an outlet, are formed at one side of the separator casing 2. A first connection opening 9 connected to the first passage 8 and a second connection opening 11 connected to the second passage 10 are installed to the piping joint member 3. A annular groove 13 enclosing the first passage 8 is formed to the side end of the second connection opening 11 of the second passage 10. The separator casing 2 and the piping joint member 3 are fixed with bolts 5 though a connection member 4. The piping joint member 3 and the connection member 4 are relatively pivoted to the separator casing 2 according to the horizontal or vertical various pipe-attachment directions.
