PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a detection performance of a desired signal and to obtain a highly precise three-dimensional image even when a reception S/N ratio is insufficient. SOLUTION: A laser radar device includes an optical antenna that radiates an optical signal transmitted from a laser light source to a desired target and collects scattered light from the target, an optical receiver array for converting the scattered light to an electric signal, a distance detecting section for detecting a distance to a point on the target corresponding to each of channels forming the optical receiver array by each channel on the basis of the electric signal, and a three-dimensional image forming section that forms a three-dimensional image of the target on the basis of the detected distance corresponding to each of the channels. The laser radar device further includes a gate time period setting section that sets a gate time period in a specific time zone corresponding to the distance to the desired target and limits a distance detection range for the distance detecting section.
