PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device which can perform pivoting of a transferring means of a paste tape certainly. SOLUTION: When an attachment type storing case containing a paste tape 80 is charged in the body of the device and attachment tubes 91 and 92 at the paste tape side are attached respectively to each of reel shafts 21 and 22 for supplying and reeling, securing pieces 35 (35a and 35b) provided at a pivoting means 30 are secured in ring shape engagement concave parts 28a and 28b at the side of each of the reel shafts for supplying and reeling. Further, the securing pieces are engaged in the engagement recessed parts of each of the reel shafts while both reel shafts for the supplying and reeling are pivoted with the pivoting means. If the pivoting state to each of the reel shafts is imperfect, the securing pieces can not be engaged in the engagement recessed parts. Since both of supplying and reeling reel shafts related to the attachment tubes for supplying and reeling can be pivoted certainly by engaging the securing pieces in the engagement recessed parts, there is no possibility that sagging of the paste tape is caused and the paste tape is reeled in a twisted state.
