PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump cycle device capable of further improving heat collecting efficiency. SOLUTION: The heat pump cycle device is provided with a compressor 30 for compressing a refrigerant; a water refrigerant heat exchanger 40 for releasing the heat of the refrigerant compressed by the compressor 30; an expansion valve 50 for decompressing and expanding the refrigerant of which heat is released by the water refrigerant heat exchanger 40; a geothermal heat exchanger 70 and an air heat exchanger 80 each for heating the refrigerant decompressed and expanded by the expansion valve 50 by heat exchange with an outside fluid and returning the refrigerant to the compressor 30 side; a selector valve 100 for switching the inflow of the refrigerant decompressed and expanded by the expansion valve 50 to either of the geothermal heat exchanger 70 or the air heat exchanger 80; temperature sensors 75, 82 provided in the geothermal heat exchanger 70 and the air heat exchanger 80 to detect correlation temperatures which have a positive correlation with the temperature of the outside fluid, respectively; and a control device 10 comparing the correlation temperatures with each other and controlling the selector valve 100 based on the comparison result.
