PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference voltage generation circuit for stably generating a reference voltage without increasing a circuit area even when a power supply voltage with a high potential is supplied. SOLUTION: This reference voltage generation circuit is provided with: a first transistor 301 between a node n11 and a GND; a second transistor 302 between the node n11 and the GND; a third transistor 303 between a sixth transistor 313 and the GND; a fourth transistor 304 between the node n12 and the node n11; a fifth transistor 305 between the VCC2 and the node n12; and a sixth transistor 313 between a resistor 312 and the third transistor 303. The control terminal of the fifth transistor 305 is connected to the connection point of the sixth transistor 313 and the resistor 312, and the control terminal of the sixth transistor 313 is connected to the second node n12.
