<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric of polyester composite filaments, comprising the filaments of composite fibers in which a polyester having excellent crystallinity while having the low melting point is arranged at the sheath parts, enabling the processing at a low temperature when subjected to a thermobonding treatment by allowing the nonwoven fabric to lie in a fiber structure, and providing the fiber structure (product) exhibiting small heat shrinkage, and excellent dimensional stability, heat resistance and flame retardancy. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric of the polyester composite filaments is composed of a web obtained by accumulating the composite filaments composed of a polyester A comprising a dicarboxylic acid component consisting essentially of terephthalic acid and a diol component containing ≥50 mol% 1,6-hexanediol, containing 0.01-5.0 mass% nucleating agent, and having 100-150°C melting point (Tm), and an amorphous polyester B, and having 2,000-15,000 ppm content of phosphorus atom in the fiber, and has ≤10% area shrinkage.
