The condensation heat accumulator system has a cooking device (1) for steam cooked operation and a condensation device for damping a cooking chamber of cooking device. The cooking device has a heat exchanger, a condensation heat accumulator (2) and another heat exchanger (5). The condensation device is provided in or at cooking device. Cooking device-external heat consumers are connected to condensation heat accumulator, particularly to a third heat exchanger (16) for transferring a part of the condensation heat to cooking device-external heat consumer. An independent claim is included for a method for conducting excessive condensation heat of the cooking device.
