<p>A multifunctional and integrated pulping apparatus including high density digesting and bleaching is a long-shape structure with round section, its two ends are provided with elliptic end covers, the one end is axially provided with a feed inlet (4) and a pressure valve, and the other end is axially provided with two tube joints, which form a heat source tube port (8) and chemical agent tube port (9) respectively, another pressure valve and a discharge end (5) are provided along the outer circumference of the apparatus, and a safety valve (2) is provided at the center part of the apparatus, at both ends of the apparatus, there are provided with an automatic temperature controller (7), automatic pressure controller (6) and PH value display device (10), so as to realize the real time display of the running state of the apparatus, and control the run at the set range. The invention can integrate with the heating, softening, digesting and bleaching, thus can save the expense of the apparatus, and also save energy and water without washing step and without de-watering step during the operation.</p> |
