SERINE PROTEINASE INHIBITOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specific serine proteinase inhibitor because uncontrolled tissue damage and inflammation by increased predetermined proteinase activity caused by the increase of absorption of a peptide-based proteinase inhibitor occur sometimes in human beings and therefor the specific proteinase inhibitor has high possibility in treatment.

SOLUTION: The serine proteinase inhibitor has a domain with four cysteines, and a sequence of 0-20 amino acids present between the first and second cysteines. Alternatively, the serine proteinase inhibitor has a domain with six cysteines, and a sequence of 7-20 amino acids present between the first and second cysteines.
