<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine releasing a storage area for storing sales data using an optional electronic money settlement service in a vending machine body when stopping the optional electronic money settlement service in a settlement terminal. <P>SOLUTION: This vending machine has: the vending machine body dispensing a commodity, and updating and storing the sales data including settlement, when receiving information that the settlement of the commodity has been completed; and the settlement terminal using a plurality of electronic money settlement services, and stopping the optional electronic money settlement service.
