PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet carrying device and an image forming device capable of feeding a sheet without double feeding, without feeding the sheet in a skew by a few side air blowing driving sources. SOLUTION: This sheet feeder has a plurality of side discharge nozzles 42a, 42b, 42c and 42d having a side air discharge port 42o for blowing air (a) upon respective side end surfaces of a paper bundle 2, and two sirocco fans 41a and 41b communicated with and connected to the side discharge nozzle 42a, 42b, 42c and 42d via a side discharge relay pipe (duct) 43 and a side discharge driving source chamber 44 and communicated and connected in series as a side air blowing driving source. The movable respective side discharge nozzles 42a, 42b and 42c and the movable side discharge nozzle fixation 42d by interlocking with a side fence 5, are arranged at a distance different in the sheet feeding direction X from the tip of the loaded and set sheet bundle 2.
