PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for easily and sufficiently removing a residue accumulated and stuck on the back side of a drum part in a husking roll of a hulling device without air jetting and the like. SOLUTION: As the means to remove the residue in the husking roll of the hulling device, a removing plate is arranged between the bearing part of the rotary shaft to rotatively drive the husking roll and the inner peripheral face of the drum of the husking roll. The removing plate is installed with inclination to the axis core of the rotary shaft so that it does not constitute the horizontal line to the rotary shaft and the leading edge is allowed to come near to the inner peripheral face of the drum. Also, the leading edge of the removing plate is characterized by being formed curvedly along the inner peripheral face of the drum and further the removing plate is characterized by being an elastic body.
