<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To balance a current which flows to a plurality of rectifier devices (rectifier devices used in parallel), which are connected in parallel, in an inexpensive and simple structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Temperature sensors 16a and 16b measure the temperatures Ta and Tb of diodes 12a and 12b severally, and the judgment processor 22 of a current balance control means 18 controls heaters 14a and 14b so as to heat the diode lower in temperature, based on a difference (Ta-Tb). That is, it equalizes forward currents Ia and Ib which flow in each diode 12a and 12b by positively heating the diode small in the forward current IF thereby adjusting the forward voltage VF, in case that there is a risk that the forward current IF may flow concentratedly to a specified diode, by the dispersion of the junction temperatures between the diodes 12a and 12b.
