<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the frequency of the erroneous transmission of electronic mail to the destination of transmission which is not intended by a user without registering information related with a specific mail address in advance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This relates to an electronic mail system which creates and transmits electronic mail. Then, a mail creation device loaded on a mail client in the electronic mail system for creating electronic mail according to the operation of a user includes: an address determination means for determining whether or not each of one or several transmission destination mail addresses in the electronic mail is a matched address whose prescribed section is matched with the transmission source address or a mismatched address which is not matched with the transmission source address; a means for determining whether or not an erroneous address which is likely to be erroneously input is included in the transmission destination mail address according to the determination result of the address determination means; and a means for, when it is decided that there is possibility that the erroneous address is included in the transmission destination mail address, presenting the determination result.
