<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology capable of continuously adjusting a temperature of a temperature-adjusted object for a longer time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This temperature adjusting device 10 for adjusting the temperature of the temperature-adjusted object 100 includes a first heat source element 12 and a second heat source element 14 respectively having a first face absorbing or radiating heat, and a second face radiating heat when the first face absorbs heat and absorbing heat when the first face radiates heat, an element-to-element heat conducting member 16 connecting the first face of the first heat source element 12 and the first face of the second heat source element 14 in a state that heat can be transferred, and a control section 20 controlling heat absorption and radiation of the first heat source element 12 and the second heat source element 14. The control section 20 performs control so that the first face of the second heat source element 14 radiates heat when the first face of the first heat source element 12 absorbs heat, and the first face of the second heat source element 14 absorbs heat when the first face of the first heat source element 12 radiates heat, and the temperature of the temperature-adjusted object 100 is adjusted by heat absorption or radiation of the second face of the first heat source element 12.
