PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately quantify various kinds of blood properties, regarding fluidity. SOLUTION: This blood fluidity measurement device 1 measures the plurality of kinds of blood properties, regarding the fluidity of blood flowing approximately in a fixed direction and includes a TV camera 3 which picks up the blood flow; a blood property calculation means 51 which can calculate the plurality of blood property, respectively from the blood flow image by the TV camera 3; and a pickup condition setup part 6 which sets up the pickup conditions containing at least one of pickup start time, image acquisition interval, shutter speed, frame rate, pickup image size, resolution, and the number of pickup colors to the TV camera 3, based on the blood property calculated by the blood property calculation means 51.
