<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microphone attaching unit capable of attaching a microphone with a shock mount effect. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The microphone attaching unit is provided with: a cylinder receiving tool 12 with a male screw 13 in which an upper end 14 and a lower end 15 protrude on a through-hole 64 of a pedestal 61; an upper rubber ring 22 having a small-diameter ring 24 disposed between the cylinder receiving tool 12 and the through-hole 64 and disposed so as to elastically contact on the upper end 14 while enclosing a built-in nut 25 screwed with the upper end 14; a lower rubber ring 32 having a small-diameter ring 34 disposed between the cylinder receiving tool 12 and the through-hole 64 and disposed so as to elastically contact on the lower end 15 side while enclosing a built-in washer 35 inserted into the lower end 15; a fixing nut 42 screwed with the lower end 15 with the intervention of the lower rubber ring 32 and the washer 43; and a locking ring 52 holding the supporting pipe 3 side of the microphone 1 and screwed with the upper end 14 with the intervention of the upper rubber ring 22.
