The frame is specially adapted for making a 3D container. The frame can further be used as a bearing for at least one functional port or port for attaching a functional means. The axial size thereof is sufficient for defining a space having dimensions at least equal to the axial overall dimensions of the functional means so that the latter can be entirely housed within the inner space.
