FROZEN FOOD THAWING DEVICE

A frozen food thawing device which can be handled by a user who is not required to receive a special education concerning boiler and is capable of uniformly spraying steam. The frozen food thawing device comprises a preheating tank (6) for heating and boiling supply water by a first heater (35), a steam tank (10) for introducing the hot water from the preheating tank (6) thereinto and further heating the hot water by second heaters (36) to generate superheated water and steam, and a thawing chamber (50) for introducing the steam from the upper part of the steam tank (10) thereinto and spraying the steam onto a frozen food (60) thereby thawing the frozen food.
