<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation member hinge device which can close the space between rotation members without increasing the size of the hinge cylinder of a hinge unit and can prevent fingers from being inserted between the rotation member and a cover member. <P>SOLUTION: The cover member 32 for closing the space 3 between two panel members 4, 5 is rotatably supported centering around the hinge shaft 26 of the hinge unit 20 of panel members 4, 5.
