<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fertilizer tool for laver culture, enclosed with urea, useful in a laver culture process for prevention and recovery of laver color fading which occurs by nutrient ingredient deficit caused by a decrease of a nitrogen concentration in the seawater, and capable of continuously/stably supplying urea for a prescribed time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This fertilizer tool for laver culture is such that 2-200 pores of a pore diameter of 0.1-1 mm are set on a cylindrical container which has a cylinder diameter of 20-70 mm, a cylinder length of 0.5-5m, and a cylinder thickness of 0.1-0.3 mm, and a ratio of the whole surface area of the pores to the whole surface area of the cylindrical container is 0.000002-0.0002. Furthermore, the fertilizer tool is enclosed with urea, and the particle diameter of urea is 0.5-5 mm, and the cylindrical container is made of a material selected from polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyvinyl chloride.
