PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving the sustained releasability of a hydrophobic substance included in a polymer micelle to the outside of the micelle, which has not been found conventionally. SOLUTION: By allowing a hydrophobic substance-containing micelle and at least one compound selected from diglycerin, butylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, propylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, pentylene glycol, and hexylene glycol to coexist, the sustained releasability of the hydrophobic substance outside the micelle is remarkably improved compared to the use of the conventional polymer micelle alone.
