PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical image measuring device for specifying a cell in which part of an measuring object is observed. SOLUTION: This optical image measuring device 100 functions as a full-field type OCT device for forming a cell image of the measuring object 1000, and functions as a device for forming a low magnification image of the measuring object 1000 of a magnification lower than that of the cell image. A part of the measuring object 1000 drawn in the low magnification image is larger than a part drawn in the cell image. The optical image measuring device 100 analyzes the form of the image of the measuring object 1000 drawn in the low magnification image and an image in a region other than the measuring object 1000, thereby specifying the position of the cell image in the low magnification image.
