<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antenna arrangement which makes stable radio communication possible without the addition of a new mechanism even if an imaging apparatus body is covered with a metal cabinet in the imaging apparatus with a radio communication means. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the imaging apparatus which is provided with the antenna for transmitting and receiving a radio signal to/from an external apparatuses, a radio processing means for processing the radio signal, and a hardware interface unit for performing connection with the external apparatuses, the antenna is arranged in the hardware interface unit, and the hardware interface unit can be moved from a state contained in the imaging apparatus body to a position projecting from the imaging apparatus body.
