<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a server, and a program for evaluating the degree of influence of a user who has registered a bookmark. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An evaluation server 10 is provided with a bookmark information storage part 11 for storing a user who has registered a public or private bookmark in a Web page and the registration date in association with the Web page; an increase/decrease rate calculation part 12 for calculating the increase/decrease rate of the number of registration of the bookmark by the other user for the same Web page in a prescribe period before the registration date when the user has registered the public bookmark and a prescribed period after the registration date; a bookmark evaluation calculation part 13 for calculating a bookmark evaluation index for evaluating the degree of influence of the public bookmark registered by the user based on change from the increase/decrease rate before the registration date to the increase/decrease rate after the registration date; and a user evaluation calculation part 14 for calculating a user evaluation index for evaluating the degree of influence of the user based on one or more bookmark evaluation indexes related with the user.
