PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansion joint cover which can properly adapt to the motion of earthquake by making a floor member smoothly moved in a width direction without being affected by an interference object such as a wall and a column, when an exterior section is displaced in a lateral direction with respect to a base-isolated structure, even if the interference object is installed on the width-direction side of the floor member. SOLUTION: The floor member 4, which is laid between the base-isolated structure 1 and the exterior section 2, is provided to close a gap groove 3 between the base-isolated structure 1 and the exterior section 2 around it. A length-direction one-end-side portion of the floor member 4 is supported on the base-isolated structure 1 via a supporting frame 8, and a length-direction other-end-side portion thereof is supported on the exterior section 2 in a state in which a motion in a width direction perpendicular to the length direction is regulated. Extended portions 8a are provided on both the end sides of the supporting frame 8. When the exterior section 2 is displaced in the width direction of the floor member 4 relatively to the base-isolated structure 1, the motion of the exterior section 2 can be adapted to by making the floor member 4 slide to the extended portion 8a of the supporting frame 8.
