PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information effective for diagnosis concerning the diagnosis using a chest region kinetic image. SOLUTION: A photographing apparatus 10 kinetically photographs the chest region of a subject M naturally breathing, obtains a plurality of kinetic images in a plurality of time phases, calculates, as feature quantities, the amplitude by cycle and the cycle of kinetic state of the subject M, which is obtained based on a change in the time phase of the average signal value of the kinetic image, and generates diagnosis support information, based on the change between the respective cycles concerning the feature quantity, and causes a display part 34 display the information.
