PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wash an endoscope with a washing menu corresponding to the degree of the contamination of the endoscope. SOLUTION: In an endoscope inspection, a bar code 16 printed on a treatment tool 15 derived from a treatment tool deriving port 14 through a treatment tool insertion channel is imaged in an imaging system 11. An endoscope processor 20 analyzes the bar code and discriminates the kind of the treatment tool inserted to the treatment tool insertion channel (step S2). When the inspection is ended (step S3), the washing menu in a washing machine 30 is selected from the kind of the inserted treatment tool (step S4), and the selected washing menu is recorded in an RFID tag 17 inside the endoscope 10 (step S5). In the washing machine 30, the washing menu recorded in the RFID tag 17 is read by an RFID reader 31 for the set endoscope 10 (step S6), the read washing menu is set (step S7) and washing is performed (step S8).
