<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant supplying device capable of stably supplying lubricant on an image carrier without adhesion of deposit removed from a brush-like rotating member by a removal member on solid lubricant, and to provide a cleaning device, a process cartridge, and an image forming apparatus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The lubricant supplying device includes: the brush-like rotating member 25b around which brush bristles brought into slide contact with the image carrier 21 and the solid lubricant 45 are provided; and the removal member 47 removing the deposit adhering on the brush-like rotating member 25b. A collecting member 48 collecting the deposit removed from the brush-like rotating member 25b by a removal member 47 is provided at the downstream side in the rotating direction of the brush-like rotating member 25b relative to the removal member 47 and at the upstream side in the rotating direction of the brush-like rotating member 25b relative to the solid lubricant 45.
