发明名称 STEEL PLATE PILING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
摘要 The present invention relates to a steel plate piling management system, and more particularly, to a system for managing steel plates loaded/unloaded to/from a steel plate stockyard divided into unit stockyards files, wherein the system includes: position and weight sensors; work schedule, steel plate, piling status and work history databases; and piling work management and work monitoring means. The position and weight sensors are attached to a crane for transporting steel plates for sensing their transport positions and weights. The work schedule database stores the total work schedule, work type in each work step, and steel plate identification numbers. The steel plate database stores the specific identification number assigned to each steel plate, type and physical quantity data of a relevant steel plate, and transport position of the steel plate. The piling status database stores the identification numbers for steel plates piled in relevant files corresponding to the specific number of each file. The work history database stores the work time, work type, identification number of work file, identification number of a steel plate to be worked, and the transport route. The piling work management means stores the specific input number of each steel plate, updates the loaded steel plate database, determines the file where incoming steel plates are to be piled per the piling status database and unloading schedule for steel plates of the same type, issues a work order for steel plates loaded per schedule stored in the work schedule database, selects a desired steel plate per the work schedule database, determines the file where the selected steel plate is piled from the piling status database, and issues a work order where a specific steel plate is to be unloaded. The work monitoring means receives the position of the crane per each work item from the position sensor, updates the work history database, determines whether the work in progress corresponds to the work order sheet, and transmits an alarm signal to a worker terminal if the work in progress does not match. The present invention shortens the work time used for steel plate loading/unloading, and automatically senses an erroneous work done by a worker. Further, the present invention shortens the time used for searching for lost steel plates.
