A heat exchanger unit composed of a resin has integrally formed resin pipe section having straight pipe sections and curved pipe sections, and a plurality of resin fin sections, and the unit has high reliability and excellent heat exchange efficiency, and is manufactured by a simple manufacturing process. In the heat exchanger unit, a resin pipe section (1) wherein straight pipe sections (2) and curved pipe sections (3) are alternately and continuously arranged, and a plurality of resin fin sections (4), which are juncturally arranged on the pipe section (1), are integrally injection-molded.
