PURPOSE: A non-oriented electric steel sheet is provided to reduce the production cost and improve the productivity with the low hardness, excellent magnetic property in the high frequency area and easy production workability. CONSTITUTION: The non-oriented electric steel sheet includes Al of 1.3~2.5%, Si of 0.8~2.0%, Mn of 0.6~1.2% and P of 0.05~0.2%. The non-oriented electric steel sheet contains Fe and the impurity which is inevitably added. The non-oriented electric steel sheet is satisfied with the composition expression of the Al+Si+Mn+P= 3.9~4.45%, the Al+Si= 2.5~3.8%, the Al/Si= 0.65~3.1 and the Mn/P= 4~16. The non-oriented electric steel sheet maintains the specific resistance with 50~60 μΩ·cm. The non-oriented electric steel sheet has the cross-section Vickers hardness less than Hv 185. When the thickness of the non-oriented electric steel sheet is 0.15~0.35mm, the magnetic flux density(B50) is 1.60~1.70T and the core loss is 11.0~25.0 W/Kg at W10/400 or 11.0~27.0 W/Kg at W5/1000. The impurity contains C of less than 0.004%, S of less than 0.004%, and N of 0.002%. When the thickness of the non-oriented electric steel sheet is 0.15~0.35mm, the granule size is 70~130μm. |
