PURPOSE: A method for preparing cation exchange sol composition using zeolite acidic water used for coating building materials is provided to be environment-friendly by using materials which is harmless to the human body and to block the discharge of harmful materials such as formaldehyde. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing cation exchange sol composition using zeolite acidic water comprises the steps of: forming a first composition by mixing acidic water 100.0 parts by weight, zeolite powder 10 - 15 parts by weight of 2,000 - 2,500 mesh, and sodium chloride 3 - 4.5 parts by weight; separating the first composition to be precipitate and supernatant and filtering them to obtain zeolite acidic water aqueous solution; forming a second composition by mixing acidic water 100.0 parts by weight, hydrogen peroxide 5 - 10 parts by weight, and methyl alcohol 5 - 10 parts by weight; swelling the second composition while raising the temperature at 80°C - 95°C for 30 minutes; secondary swelling the first swollen composition 100.0 parts by weight and hydrogen peroxide 15 - 25 parts by weight; and quenching the second swollen composition to a room temperature. |
