A secondary battery recharge control circuit is provided with a temperature detecting terminal for detecting the temperature of a secondary battery, based on an inputted detected voltage; a temperature comparing section, which has four threshold voltages corresponding to four reference temperatures, compares the four threshold voltages with the detected voltage inputted to the temperature detecting terminal, and outputs a temperature region signal indicating the temperature range of the detected voltage; and a control section for controlling a recharge current and/or a recharge voltage, based on the temperature range signal outputted from the temperature comparing section.
