PURPOSE: A non-dispersive infrared ray gas analysis device with a condense lens is provided to improve productivity and reduce fabrication cost by simplifying the structure of the non-dispersive infrared ray gas analysis device. CONSTITUTION: A non-dispersive infrared ray gas analysis device with a condense lens comprises a single case part(100), a PCB(121), an infrared light source(111), and an optical detector(114) and a lens unit(115). The single case part is made of a lighting-emitting portion(101), a scattering portion(102), and a light-receiving portion(103). The PCB is sealed with the case part. The infrared light source, the optical detector, and the lens unit are fixed and installed between the case part and the PCB. The lighting-emitting portion is formed in a hollow square shape. The infrared light source is horizontally installed inside the lighting-emitting part through a light source fixing plate(112). The scattering portion is formed in a streamlined shape. |
