PURPOSE: An automatic grounding circuit for a warm water-mat is provided, which makes grounding excellent, keeps the stable grounding state, and prevents generation of the magnetic field and electricity. CONSTITUTION: An automatic grounding circuit for a warm water-mat comprises a sensor unit(10) checking the electric potential of the neutral line and hot-line; a switch(20) which switches hot-line and neutral line in turns; a virtual grounding connection part(30) for effectively coping with the region that the neutral grounding is power source; and a central control part(40) equipped with a MICOM controlling and managing circuits. The MICOM rectifies space potential detected in the sensor unit and picks up peak voltage through a resistor and a capacitor. The MICOM compares the transformed digital value and lowers electric potential of the warm water and the controller to the same level as grounding.
