<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing device capable of improving convenience at the time of having a printed material obtained by procuration by printing and outputting image data stored in the device. <P>SOLUTION: When receiving the printing instruction mail of acquiring a file in a user BOX from a terminal 15 of a user A away from home or the like by procuration (an arrow M1), the complex machine 10 transmits the acquisition request mail of the printed material to a preliminarily registered representative's terminal 11 (an arrow M2). When the user A transmits the printing instruction mail by appending the e-mail address of the user of a terminal 12 as a temporary representative, the complex machine 10 sends the acquisition request mail of the printed material to the terminal 12 by putting high priority on the temporary representative not on the representative (an arrow M4).
