<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the overhead of a system due to check point acquisition. <P>SOLUTION: A CP acquisition determination part 214 decides whether or not a processing request stored in an under-processing request information storage part 26, which is currently being processed by a processing mechanism 22, needs check point acquisition based on the type of the processing request.
