<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for shortening a print time when printing an original image with a pattern image superimposed thereon, and dispensing with multiple resources for generating the pattern image, and to provide an image processing program. <P>SOLUTION: When a user indicates the generation of the pattern image on an application screen, a pattern generating part reads and performs a pattern generation program 123 so as to generate the pattern image, and stores the pattern image in a pattern image storage part 125. When the user subsequently indicates printing, a print control part displays a print setting screen on a display. The user selects a stored pattern image via the print setting screen.
