PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reducing sliminess of a skin upon rinsing and a tense feeling of the skin after cleaning, and reducing remnant of a cleaning agent containing a surfactant to foods (e.g. vegetables and fruits) and a dish by suppressing adsorption and accumulation of the cleaning agent to the skin, hair, the foods (e.g. vegetables and fruits) and a hard surface of the dish or the like. SOLUTION: A sophorolipid is used together with the surfactant. The sophorolipid is used as an adsorption suppressing agent of the surfactant, a rinse enhancing agent of cleaning by the surfactant or a tense feeling suppressing agent after cleaning of the skin by the surfactant.
