<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage the same document and a derived document as one document group. <P>SOLUTION: A document management system 100 is provided with a calculation means 48 for calculating a content identification value for identifying the content of a document; an acquisition means 46 for detecting the start and end of an operation to the document and for acquiring the time of detection, the content identification value of the document in detection and a user identification value for identifying the operator; document registration means (56, 58) for registering the time, the content identification value and the user identification value in association by using the start of the operation and the end of the operation as a pair; and document group registration means (60, 62, 64, 66) for integrating the pairs including the same content identification value by referring to the document registration means, and for registering it as the document group in which the plurality of content identification values are associated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
