PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional game clock is substantially incapable of setting complicated time limit rules or of permitting the game to be played in accordance with the rules. SOLUTION: First and second sub display parts which permit numerical display for displaying a deliberation time are respectively provided to first and second displays for displaying the time limit on the basis of the counting contents of first and second time limit counting means. The number of times of the deliberation time is displayed on the sub display part for displaying the deliberation time. A time limit rule that the number of moves being set is started within the set time limit is stored in the rule storage means. In setting the time limit of the rule, the number of moves being set is displayed on one of the first and the second sub display parts, and the time limit being set is displayed on the other of the first and the second sub display parts.
