PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration unit capable of quickly and efficiently heating the inside of a cold insulation storage in a heating operation, and preventing the abnormal increase in a refrigerant pressure in a defrosting operation, in particular, when the outside air temperature is high. SOLUTION: In this refrigeration unit 1 performing a refrigerant heating operation by a non-condensation refrigerant, and having a discharge pressure adjustment valve 12 for guiding the refrigerant at a high-pressure side to a condenser 5 by being opened when the refrigerant pressure at high-pressure side of a compressor 4 is higher than a specific pressure, a means for cooling the refrigerant introduced into the condenser 5 by operating a fan FM2 for the condenser in a defrosting operation, is mounted as a high-pressure pressure adjustment means in defrosting. Alternatively, a means for reducing a capacity of the compressor in the defrosting operation, or a suction throttle valve for restricting a refrigerant suction amount of the compressor in accordance with the refrigerant pressure at the high pressure-side of the compressor in the defrosting operation, is mounted as a high-pressure pressure adjustment valve in defrosting.
