PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation/ground reinforcement design program for a small-scale building capable of outputting various types of data including a structure calculation statement and a final drawing of foundation by merely inputting ground information and foundation data of the building to be constructed. SOLUTION: This foundation/ground reinforcement design program consists of a step for inputting the foundation data, a step for determining possibilities of forming a spread foundation, a step for calculating foundation slab cross section and foundation beam cross section of a continuous footing or a mat foundation when it is determined that the spread foundation can be formed, and a step for outputting the results of calculation; or consists of a step for selecting a plurality of ground reinforcement construction methods and calculating designed values of each ground reinforcement construction method when it is determined that the spread foundation cannot be formed and a step for outputting the results of calculation as the structure calculation statement.
