PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rodless cylinder can accurately seal a slit by surely preventing a shift of a seal band in a prescribed amount or more by a wall in a width direction, and can surely move a moving body. SOLUTION: In the rodless cylinder 1, a band storage recession 60 having a width direction inner surface 62 along the width direction of the slit 12 and a wall surface 64 erected with respect to the width direction inner surface 62 is formed on both sides of an inner opening of the slit 12 in an inner hole 10 of a tube 2. When one edge of the inner seal band 42 is abutted to one of the wall surfaces 64, the other edge of the inner seal band 42 is abutted to the other of the width direction inner surfaces 62, and a distance I is provided between the inner seal band 42 and the inner opening 58 of the slit 12. When fluid is introduced into the tube 2, the inner seal band 42 can be protrudingly bent to the slit 12 by the distance I even when the one edge is abutted to the width direction inner surface 62 and the other is abutted to the wall surface 64.
