<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup which can easily be controlled to a desired position with low electric power and a small inertia force when tracking, and to provide a disk drive. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The optical pickup comprises: a first moving member moving from the rotation center side to the peripheral side of a disk; a second moving member held by the first moving member; an objective lens disposed opposite to the optical disk; a reflecting member refracting light from a light source and guiding it to the objective lens; and a magnet and a coil for moving the objective lens in the direction of an optical axis and a direction orthogonal to the optical axis. The objective lens and the reflecting member are held by the second moving member. The magnet for moving the objective lens in the direction of the optical axis is held by the first moving member.
